Abstract

Taekvondo sport turini rivojlantirish uchun eng avvalo uning tarixiga nazar solish kerak. Sababi har qanday sport turini ham o‘z tarixi bo‘lgandek bu sport turi ham o‘z tarixiga ega. Biz bu tarixni o‘rganish bilan bir qatorda sportchida qiziqish shu sportga mehr uyg‘otish hamda rivojlantirish yo‘llarini ochib berishiga erishamiz.
